Due to non-payment, the contractor who had supplied chairs and other facilities at the CVC took all the chairs from the Pune Municipal Corporation (PMC) run centre early in the morning before the immunisation process started. The contractor was hired to provide chairs, tables and computers, among other things, to the CVCs in the Dhankawadi ward office area. ....

Class X students are entitled to receive Maulana Abdul Kalam Scholarship worth Rs 15,000 per student, while Class XII students are entitled to get an amount of Rs 25,000 each under the Annabhau Sathe Educational Scheme. For open-category students to avail the benefit, the minimum score required is 80 per cent, while reserved-category pupils need to bag at least 70 per cent marks to be eligible for the scheme. ....
