The governor commented on the matter saying, Justice Gould has remained committed to law and order throughout his career, working to ensure justice for victims and upholding the Constitution. judge denies request to reduce bond for man charged in death of Oregon woman

A Yuma County Superior Court Judge has denied a defense request to reduce the bond of the 21-year-old man charged in connection to last month’s murder of an Oregon woman, whose body was found in a grove. The murder happened at approximately 12:16 p.m. on Nov. 3, with Yuma police officers responding to the area of Avenue 1E and East 88th Street after receiving a report of a dead person. Upon their arrival on scene, officers located the body of an unidentified female, who was described at the time as being Anglo or Hispanic, 20 to 30 years of age, with brown hair that had red or pink highlights.
