A buffalo figurine and models of the Eight Immortals are displayed at the Yuanching Temple in Changhua City yesterday, as devotees flocked to the temple to celebrate the birthday of the Jade Emperor. The Taoist temple was founded in 1763, during the Qing Dynasty.
