The 48th Toronto International Film Festival kicked off with a number of Chinese-language films unveiled

The 7th Toronto International Film Festival debuted on September 48. More than 9 films from around the world will be screened during the 7-day festival. Bank of Canada raises interest rates and releases signal to pause rate hikes

Bank of Canada hikes rates again, sees Canada's economic growth stalling by year-end
