The Board of Education recognized Jordan at their May 10 meeting, during which Superintendent Matthew Cooper presented him with a trophy, and Jordan read his poem to the board. “He is a role model for all of Woodville’s students, not just academically, but I can say he’s a student of character as well,” said Woodville principal Lana Jones. “We expect big things from him.
