M&S dine-in meals are a huge hit with shoppers and now the chicken feast of two mains and four extras is on sale for just £15 with a saving of up to £10.

Protein bars are a convenient way to get some extra protein in your diet when you re on the go, but given that there are so many different varieties out there, it s hard to know which one to choose - especially if you have dietary requirements (such as being vegan), have allergies or suffer from IBS.
To make things easier, we asked nutritionist extraordinaire Jenna Hope to give an expert verdict on some of the most popular protein bars on the market right now (as well as subjecting them to a very rigorous taste test ourselves). Many protein bars contain a wide range of ingredients from polyols, to sugars, stabilisers and artificial flavourings, explains Hope. As a result, they shouldn’t be viewed as a healthy snack but rather a convenient way to increase protein and in some cases they can be seen as an alternative to a chocolate bar.
The meal deal includes a roasting main, three sharing sides and a desert, and is available till 5 April in M&S stores nationwide.
Classic Easter Lamb Shoulder with a rich, flavoursome gravy, chicken, pork and beef roasting joints are all on offer. And for those eating a plant-based diet, there is the Vegan âChickenlessâ Roasting Joint - made with a blend of mushrooms, wheat and pea protein with an onion and sage stuffing.
As for sides, you have everything you need, from crisp and fluffy Golden Beef Dripping Roasties to a creamy Mature Cheddar Cauliflower Cheese â M&S have even added arguably the best part of a Christmas dinner to this yearâs Easter Dine-In, their famous Pigs in Blankets. There is also a huge selection of veggies including braised red cabbage with apples, green beans and honey-orange glazed carrots.
