We are here to announce today charges that have just been filed against William Henry cosby. Pennsylvania prosecutor say that bill cosby will face arraignment for an alleged 2004 assault on a Temple University student. Mr. Cosby is charged with aggravated sexual assault. Over two dozen women have accused cosby of sexual abuse, some dating back decades. This is the first time he has been charged. Todays charge stems from the victims account of the incident which is similar to others. Mr. Cosby gave us pills and we drank wine, the effect of reporter cosby has always denied the allegations and refused to answer the questions. No, no, we dont answer that. Reporter prosecutors filed the charges because the statute of limitations for sexual assaults was due to expire next month. We are filing the charges because we want to bring justice to the victim.
