The Yola Division of the Court of Appeal on Monday, reserved judgment in appeals filed to challenge a Federal High Court judgment which barred the All Progressives Congress (APC) from fielding a governorship candidate in the 2023 election in Adamawa state. SaharaReporters had reported on October 14 that the Federal High Court sitting in Yola, Adamawa State nullified the governorship primary election of the APC that produced Senator Aihatu Dahiru Binani as the governorship candidate of the party.
