The Yellowknife North riding includes Old Town, the Niven Lake development and extends up the Ingraham Trail. Bruce Valpy, a former journalist; Jon Howe, a mechanical engineer; and Shauna Morgan, a former Yellowknife city councillor are on the ballot for the riding.
