But it was this firm - the first of the private ones - that Alyaksandr Lukashenka unexpectedly gave the right to carry, store and use service firearms and provide security services. True, by that time the owners had changed their long, unsound name to a short and catchy one - GardService. Lukashenka s decree came into force on August 20. Six days before the decree was enforced, the owner of the company changed its name and soon afterwards the director did the same.
