The number of pilgrims visiting the Char Dhams in Uttarakhand has exceeded 50 lakh for the first time. The famous pilgrimage sites of Badrinath, Kedarnath, Gangotri, and Yamunotri have attracted a record number of pilgrims from both India and abroad.
