The alleged leak of protected grand jury information that was later published in the philadelphia daily news. Prosecutors believe that this was an act of retaliation against former colleagues that kane believe dealt her bad press in the months prior. After a video meeting with district judge kane was more sure avoid comment but her attorney spoke out against thursdays allegations. It leaves out players. It leaves out communications.
