　　除了老师，学校的干部也将轮流值班，校医、保安等工作人员将全天值守，全校预计有50余名老师参与暑期托管，占到小学部教师的半数以上。“老师每天都需要做好托管晨午检记录表、暑期托管服务记录、教室消毒通风记录、学生在校情况统计等。”杨华说。
　　北青报记者从多所学校了解到，这样的教师数量安排成为了“标配”。“在自愿的基础上，选择了12个老师，都是区级以上骨干教师和党员，12位老师分成6组，两人一组，每组看护两天。”顺义后沙峪中心小学校长刘春波说，在教师的选择上，学校侧重选择班主任、英语学科老师，学生如果在自主学习过程中有疑问，可以答疑解惑。
　　顺义石园小学也是暑期托管服务校之一，共有来自石园小学、河南村小学、港馨小学和仓上小学四所小学的51名学生参与托管。学校成立了� ....

布置教室、制作“接送证”、准备暑期托管服务记录……北京市学生暑期托管服务今天正式启动。昨天，北青-北京头条记者从多所首期托管服务校了解到，各项准备工作业已就绪。根据安排，全市确有需求的小学一年级至五年级学生可参与托管，托管时间从今起持续至8月20日，分两期，每期12天。
师资如何安排？每班两名教师看护

后沙峪中心小学除了安排同学们自主学习，还将组织体育锻炼、阅读、观看红色电影和制作手抄报等活动，每天按照上下午各四节“课”的方式进行托管。
“我们给每个同学准备了一根跳绳、一个毽子和板羽球，供同学们体育锻炼使用。”刘春波介绍，如果遇到雨天，或者天气特别炎热，学校还会开放教工活动室，让同学们进行身体素质锻炼。
石园小学作为全国写字教育特色学校，在此次托管中，同学们自主学习后，学校还会鼓励大家练习硬笔书法；首经贸附小则为学生们准备了拓展活动和游戏，包括昆虫兴趣启蒙、音乐欣赏、英语歌曲以及各种棋类游戏等，并给学生选取适合观看的爱国主义影片；赵登禹学校小学部在午饭后增加了两小时的午休时间，“学生在假期里休息好非常重要，我们已经提前告知家长，学生每天来学校带一个小� ....
