The Yakima Valley Fire department has always put the community first. They re making sure you have the safest summer possible by preventing fires, getting cats out of trees, and making sure your family has the right flotation device while they re out on the water!
YFD issued an announcement asking people to drop off life jackets for those in need and the community answered the call! You can now stop by the fire department and pick up a life preserver for yourself, or for a family member so you can be cooling off in the water and not having to worry about the dangers of drowning.
