The shelter opened in September 2021 on the W-X corridor south of downtown and Midtown, home to one of the city’s largest concentrations of illegal encampments.
The center will offer both walk-in and specialty mental health outpatient services, such as therapy and case management. It isn’t exclusive to people experiencing homelessness.
