The superintendent says they closed Sheffey Elementary School this morning. He says there were minor leaks. But were still able to cut water on and off as needed. Including meals. And letting students use the bathroom. The superintendent says they were not able to turn the water on and off today because of a part needed. So they decided to cancel class. They expect it to be fixed today. And classes will resume tomorrow. There is an alert system for parents. But they did not send anything out because they were able to have water as needed. Roanoke county schools administrators are updating crisis policies. This comes after last weeks shooting threat at northside high wasnt community meeting. Schools spoke ....
