Mass Highway Closures Continue in Wyoming Into Monday
It s probably easier to list the highways in Wyoming that are open than it is the ones that are closed following a record-setting winter storm over the weekend.
As of 7:30 a.m. Interstate 80 is closed entirely from Rock Springs to the Nebraska state line. It s additionally closed eastbound from Evanston to Rock Springs.

Meanwhile, Interstate 25 is closed from the Colorado state line to Buffalo.
US 18 - Douglas to Lusk
US 20 - Moneta to Nebraska state line
US 26 - Moneta to Torrington
US 85 - Cheyenne to Newcastle
US 287 - Colorado state line to Jackson
UPDATE: 9:20 a.m. Feb. 4
Most Wyoming highways have reopened following a winter storm that moved through the state on Wednesday evening. However, there is an extreme blow over risk advisory on Interstate 80 from Walcott Junction to Laramie. Additionally, the same stretch of road is closed to light, high-profile vehicles.
A black ice advisory is in place on Interstate 25 from Chugwater to Midwest while the stretch of road from Horse Ranch Creek (Exit 210) and Tisdale Mountain Road (Exit 235) is under a no unnecessary travel advisory.

As of 5 p.m. Wednesday, Interstate 80 is closed from Rawlins to Laramie with an unknown opening time.

Casper Service Road: Between WY 259 and Ormsby Road

WY 192: Between Linch and WY 387
WY 259: Between I-25 and Midwest

The Wyoming Department of Transportation has issued its latest series of weather-related road closures, as of January 5.
Wyoming hasn t had much snow this winter yet, but Mother Nature looked to make up for that on Tuesday.
