The resident called 911 when she saw a man breaking into her vehicle early Friday morning, according to police. When officers responded to the 3300 block of Wyndmere Drive, they saw the man burglarizing another vehicle, police said. He ran when he saw one of the officers but was found a short time later hiding under a vehicle, police said. ....
