Recruit expelled from military for objection to service NANNING, Dec.18 – The website of Wuming District government under Nanning City in southwest China issued a notice on December 16 to punish Wu Zhengbang who refused to continue military service. The notice stated that Wu Zhengbang, male, ID number: 452631200101020975, is from Guangxi-ASEAN Economic and Technological Development Zone and has been a student of the Guangxi Vocational College of Performing Arts before enlistment.
