Andrea Waters, LCSW, has recently joined Pathways to Success.
With more than 29 years in the social work field, she has partnered with many Delaware organizations and companies by working with children, individuals and families to help them maneuver through challenges in life.
She obtained her bachelor’s degree in social work from Delaware State University in Dover and her master’s degree in clinical social work from Virginia Commonwealth University in Richmond, Va., with a specialization in children and families.
Waters approach consists of acting as a supportive guide, educator and therapist, utilizing cognitive behavioral modalities with an ecological and strength-based approach. ....
