（美联社） 就在中共党庆百年大典预备登场之际，中共对藏人党员强制推行不信仰宗教行为的规范。中共当局于今年4月开始在西藏传达给自治区党员干部的学习材料 “西藏自治区共产党员不信仰宗教行为规范(试行) ”，而内容旨在要求共产党员干部坚持无神论，并且所有行为必须符合中共制定的条例。这一规范要求党员干部不信仰宗教，不参加宗教活动，不传播、宣扬、助推宗教，不擅自为举行宗教活动或者修建宗教设施提供支持，坚决杜绝明里不信暗里信、在外不信在家信、在职不信退休信。与此同时，规范要求党员干部坚决与“十四世达赖”和“达赖集团”划清界限，同时要求不将自己的子女送到寺庙当僧尼、宗教场所、宗教教职人员所办学校或培训机构接受教育培训。传达给自治区党员干部的学习材料“西藏自治区共产党员�
