Washington, DC – Today, the Stimson Center announced the launch of the
International Nuclear Security Forum (INSF) , a new project that unites a diverse group of international experts to identify, create, and support strategies for reducing nuclear terrorism risks.
The Forum aims to be the leading space for the nuclear security community to collaborate and share expertise, educate stakeholders, support international nuclear security implementation and architecture, promote information sharing, and foster international leadership. It builds on the achievements of the Fissile Materials Working Group (FMWG), the preeminent civil society coalition that supported policies to reduce the risk of nuclear terrorism until earlier this year. ....
