A drive/walk through job fair in the Amsoil Arena parking lot on Tuesday afternoon kicked off Hospitality Hiring Week.
Over 40 employers were on hand, and well over 100 job opportunities were available for area hotels and restaurants.
Attendees were able to get information about the jobs without leaving their cars.

For anyone who may be hesitant to apply for jobs right now, City of Duluth Director of Workforce Development Elena Foshay says it s a great time to do so. Right now, we re in this crazy situation where there s more jobs available than people looking for work, so it s actually a really good time to be a job seeker because there s lots of opportunities there. Employers are offering hiring bonuses, they ve increased wages, all kinds of things to try to attract applicants, so it s a really good time to be looking for work, said Foshay.
