there are some partners no longer affiliated with the women s march. the dnc, several unions, the human rights campaign. does that in your view cloud the organization s mission? cloud what the women s mission wants to do? you don t have big groups working toward the causes joining up forces? i think the goal is to do something difficult which is to help people across difference have a politics of racial, social, and economic justice. and that s a hard thing to do. we ve learned a lot of lessons. i think the women s march didn t make it clear enough early enough that there was no room for the kind of anti semitism and bigotry. i think the movement has learned. for those of us who we don t have any space for the kind of racism or this kind of negative hatred that those of us who are involved in this movement understand it s grown organically and as bridge people will continue to learn our lessons and develop a heart for people who are different from ....
