Change is not only for us to have transpolicies, but to make sure the leadership within these institutions also reflects this transexclusion. the hardest is high school going into college. this is still hard. one aspect i wanted to zero in on some colleges are coming into scrutiny. me about the transformation going on in that respect. we are starting to have more conversations around women s colleges and what it looks like for the students to be included at the schools. what we have to do is have a larger conversation around gender. that is not something imposed, it s self-determined. a transgender woman is a woman. she needs spaces to learn. these schools are starting to adopt the policies but where we get caught up is it could be difficult for transfolks to get ....
