Over the years, a sea of hopeful job seekers has lined up outside the Temple University Aramark STAR (Student Training and Recreation) Complex for Philadelphia’s largest annual employment event. May 18 Dish it Up - From 6-9 p.m. at Lincoln Financial FIeld, Women Against Abuse Inc. will host the 14th annual event and women chefs will bring their culinary skills to compete for best dish of the night, selected by a panel of celebrity judges.
May 11 Happy Hour and crafting event - From 5-8 p.m. at Magic Gardens at 1020 South St. Beverages from Chaddsford Winery, Hochstadter’s Slow & Low Whiskey and Sly Fox Brewing Company are included with admission.
