I feel like as soon as I spot a new construction project here in Ocean County, I spot another just a short time later. I just did an article about Toms River s latest project and now I spotted this construction site along Route 9 in Toms River.

This current project is located right along Route 9 at Whitty Road in
Toms River. From the photos I took you can see it s a fairly large project. Lots of earthmovers and space being cleared on this piece of land. The project is a corner lot that has fronts on both Whitty Road and Route 9 so it s another prime piece of real estate in Toms River.
