Afghanistan. you said something about controlling the levers of money. the former afghan government under president ghani controlled a lot of assets in banks. and there has been a freed put on those assets by the united states and others. and so therefore the money is no longer flowing into the afghan industry. the people will need resources. the resources will have to come from outside of the country certainly in the early weeks and months of it s rule. so i think the international community has the levers to apply to the taliban to seek ....
