Live Leicester snow updates as police issue travel warnings
A yellow warning for snow and ice is currently in force

Snow has hit the county and people are advised not to set out onto the roads unless it is essential.
The gritters were out ahead of the arrival of snow overnight.
But this morning, especially to the east of the county, travel conditions are far from ideal.
