Family members tell us there were no the child was being watched by some young teens. It appears the boy may have tried to climb out a window and became trapped. Neighbors tell us, the boy may have been stuck for sometime, unable to breath before he was found hanging in the window. Were told by family members, this is the little boys grandmothers house. Neighbors rushed to help when they heard screams, and began cpr before paramedics took over. But they say there was nothing they could do. I was just praying in his head, please god give him life. Like please help him. Thats all i could think of at that point. Those prayers sadly went unanswered tonight. Police say they continue to investigate the cause. Political reporter theo keith took a closer look theo . After the recent unrest, activists say the state is trying to deceive people into believing its hard at work in sherman park.
