It has been ten years since a boy went missing from Aurora, Illinois.Timmothy Pitzen was last seen alive on May 12, 2011, in the city of Wisconsin Dells.The boy would be 16 years old today.(Video above: Timmothy Pitzen s grandmother reflects on his disappearance)The National Center for Missing and Exploited Children released a new age-progression photo of what Timmothy might look like in 2021.The then-6-year-old disappeared with his mother, Amy Pitzen.Investigators said she unexpectedly picked the kindergartener up from school on May 11, 2011.The two went to the zoo in Brookfield, Illinois, and spent the night at a resort in Gurnee, Illinois.On May 12, Timmothy and his mother drove to the Kalahari Resort in Wisconsin Dells, Wisconsin.Investigators believe they also traveled through Racine and Johnson Creek, Wisconsin.They were reported missing by his father after several unanswered phone calls.The moth ....
