WINSTON, Ore. The City of Winston wants to make room for more commercial and residential development in the future, but they’ll need to expand their city’s urban growth boundaries first.
The city council and planning commission held a workshop Monday night at the Winston Community Center to talk about what it would look like.
Officials said they determined that they would need to talk to property owners about changing their zoning designation to allow for the growth.
