The Ottawa Soil and Water Conservation District, in cooperation with Winous Point Marsh Conservancy, ODNR Division of Wildlife and U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, are inviting area school kids to spend a “A Day on the Wild Side” at the prestigious Winous Point Hunt Club in Port Clinton.
The popular outing is for young students in the fifth grade through the eighth grade, with the camp to be held on Thursday, July 22 from 8:15 a.m. to 4 p.m. Parents should apply as soon as possible for the special camp and its many outdoor activities, with the camp limited to 60 participants.
