Teachers' union pans Manitoba-North Dakota vaccination plan, calling it a 'band-aid solution'

The province is expanding its cross-border vaccination partnership with North Dakota, a plan announced last week that will soon include eligibility for teachers and other education staff to cross the border and get a dose of vaccine.
But the news isn’t sitting very well with the union that represents more than 16,000 teachers across Manitoba.
