Scarbroughs onthejob behavior. I was disappointed because i had a complaint last week about the bus driver. Our son and other kids have been complaining for quite some time. I am told by a Johnston School district spokesperson that the transportation director responded to her concern via email and a personal phone call to help resolve that issue.
