Police believe she was left in this park. Now they are on the hunt on the heartless monster who took her but they will need communitys help to catch him. Police in New Castle County are looking for a child abduct or one who attacked a little girl, late last night. Every member of New Castle County police department, is committed to solving and apprehending this heartless monster.
