A 108-unit, 1960s-era apartment complex in New Hope has changed hands in a $10.4 million transaction.
The Birches LLC purchased the three-building complex from Wincrest Properties LLP, an entity related to T&T Property Management of Anoka, according to a certificate of real estate value made public this week. The Birches is a partnership between Elizabeth Wall Lee, vice president for acquisitions at The Wall Cos., and Stuart Simek, president of Simek Property Group.
The complex, at 5700-5736 Winnetka Ave. N., includes three 36-unit buildings on a 6.5-acre lot along Winnetka Avenue near Bass Lake Road. Nearby amenities include New Hope Village Golf Course, Meadow Lake and Meadow Lake Park.
