San jose, its better at three miles, but, boy, you had a lot of fog earlier. A quarter mile visibility from napa, and you see novato and santa rosa and Half Moon Bay visibility is reduced. Throughout the day today the fog will be slow to clear. We will have a late burn off by about 11 00.
