flooded out. we expect to see more of that today but we keep coming back to the wind. we heard janice mentioned tornadoes, i mentioned tornadoes. when we talked to the mayor 24 hours ago he said the wind was going to be the issue in dorian. is going to be more a wind event then florence was which was more rain event, we had 36 inches of rain that fell before it but this seems like a significant wind event for us. when we heard from local officials, they are going to be in and around the north carolina handling whatever comes to pass. they were prepared for water rescue and it seems like a wind response when all is said and done. shannon: we appreciate it. let s talk about the wind and rain, tracking the latest on hurricane dorian. we get a new update at 5:00
