School outside Olney High School on rising sun avenue. A lot of people everywhere and it was a lot of chaos. This time the chaos nearly turned deadly after a 16 Year Old Girl was stabbed scene here being attended to. She was sitting on the steps here. I think she almost fainted. Reporter neighbor richard has lived here since the 1980s. He says this is the first year hes seen this kind of ongoing trouble occurring at least every week. Too many Kids Leaving School waiting for the septa bus with time to cause trouble. Once one starts fighting these kids are waiting for the bus here, once one starts fighting, its like a mob. Reporter this girl whose mother asked we not identify her says kids are intentionally moving to where police are not. Its always a big crowd, and they try to at the beginning they would try to start over there but now they, um, they like gotten over here. Because they know the police isnt around here it takes whi while. Reporter as a result, neighbors are asking police
