Police are searching for the owner.
The bird has a purple tag around one of its feet.

CLEVELAND, Ohio – Six local bars and restaurants have been cited in the past 48 hours for violating health orders put in place by the state to try and curb the spread of the coronavirus.
Three of the establishments have been cited before, according to the Ohio Investigative Unit. Four of them are in Cuyahoga County, while one is in Lake County and another in Ashtabula County.
