When the tropical systems pass south of hispaniola it typically takes the eastern seaboard off the Playing Field but all the the warm colors indicating showers and thunderstorms and they flared up very early this morning. Because of that the Hurricane Center upgraded the deaggression to a Tropical Storm. Tropical storm earl. Winds at 50 miles an hour. Moving west at milesanhour. No significant change to the thought process earlier today with the track of earl. Expected to cross the yucatan peninsula sometime late tomorrow night or early thursday morning as a Tropical Storm likely will weaken as its crossing land heading into the bay of cam pesch then expected to make a second land fall in mention collate this week as a Tropical Storm or perhaps a tropical depression w a track like that it does not havefully effect on the eastern seaboard. The record-breaking storm left thousands of Montgomery County residents without power, heat and water including families who were already struggling amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
