According to a news release from the Floyd Co Sheriff’s Office, Sheriff John Hunt and Deputies make several arrests in the Tram community this weekend including one individual being a fugitive out of Ohio. Nathaniel Williams age 35 of Pikeville, Christina Kelly age 33 of Pikeville, Halee Collins age 32 of Pikeville have all been charged with 2 counts of Possession of Controlled Substance 1st Degree after Deputies discovered several baggies and loaded syringe needles containing Crystal meth and Heroin. They were also charged with Possession of Drug Paraphernalia. Nathaniel Williams was also wanted as a fugitive out of Ohio on criminal charges and Halee Collins had outstanding warrants against her.
