Community fills every wish on Willamalane s Giving Tree

Willamalane s Kenny Weigandt helps Jodie Delsere unload Giving Tree donations. The Giving Tree has had its best year to date, receiving 196 gifts valued at $4,950 and another $800 in donations to the Willamalane Park Foundation.
Willamalane Parks and Recreation District s annual Giving Tree saw its most fruitful year ever, fulfilling every wish list item for Lane County children, adults and families.
Through community donations, the Giving Tree brought in 196 gifts valued at $4,950 and another $800 in donations to the Willamalane Park Foundation. For the first time, 100% of Giving Tree requests were filled by community members. ....
