IHG Signs Second Crowne Plaza Hotel in Danang, Vietnam (12 Jan 2021) InterContinental Hotels Group has signed a management agreement with Minh Dong Travel, a member of PGT Group, to open a second Crowne Plaza hotel in Danang. Scheduled to open in 2023, the 300-room, 38-storey Crowne Plaza Danang Waterfront will be located next to the beachfront on the city’s main thoroughfare Vo Nguyen Giap street, only a five-minute drive to central Danang and 5km from Danang International Airport.
