By this february 12 months on there are nearly 388 thousand patients waiting more than a year for treatment. And this is more video from kyiv its not clear if this is a separate incident, or the same debris filmed from another angle. This footage was filmed shortly after dawn in kyiv. Our correspondent paul adams is in kyiv and he gave us this update on what happened there in the early hours of the morning.
