The country is seeing a record rise in coronavirus cases and its imposed a partial lockdown. In spain ten of 17 regions have asked the Central Government for an emergency decree to limit peoples movements. They also want powers to impose cu rfews. Meanwhile new daily records were seen in the czech republic. In france, where a further 138 people have died from covid i9 and in italy, where the regions of lombardy and campania are worst affected.
