Two students in question walking down the hallway and also exiting the building. That is what we have provided to Philadelphia Police and they are using it for their investigation. Students said the hallways are flooded in the moments when the bell rings but they clear out fast. People are going their different ways, its quick though, everybody clears out quick. The victim is being offered support and there are School Counselors and psychologists on hand. They are always ready for students for any issue if they feel unsafe in the neighborhood and stressed over their school environment. The police say they cant really tell if the victim is being cohersed in the stairwell, no criminal charges are filed and a letter is expected to go home to parents explaining the on going investigation.
