WEYMOUTH Officials approved a Quincy developer’s plan to knock down a two-story industrial building on Libbey Parkway and build a three-story medical building that will be used by Boston Children’s Hospital. FoxRock Properties will build a new, 69,000-square-foot medical building at 200 Libbey Parkway, a 4.3 acre site inside an industrial park. The project will include 270 parking spaces.
