West. A little more moving in from the Eastern Shore, not heavy. Snow flakes and falling temperatures not a good combination. This is the larger picture and shows some of the snow from the land based radars showing the snow through southern new england and some rain analyzed out over the open water of the atlantic. When it hits colder air it becomes snow. Moisture seems to be feeding out of the atlantic in our general direction. So this band is kind of traveling northeast and eventually to the west. We have chance of a little snow at times in the evening hours. Our futurecast tracks one of these potentially being along the bay by 11 00 tonight. That should be the last one we think until the overnight hours seeing the pattern coming to an end for our area but the combination of a little more snow.
